Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients. Identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed, and tracking/documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Holds current state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days). Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience. Home-based role within Encompass Health’s post-acute rehabilitation setting, with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
