Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients; identifies speech and language issues, modifies therapy as needed, and tracks/document progress to optimize patient outcomes. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor's with relevant field experience. Home-based therapy role within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, Encompass Health.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
