Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Speech Pathologist will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to patient-centered outcomes while working within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires CCC and state licensure, CPR within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s degree with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
