Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify clinical issues and modify therapy protocols as necessary while tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to intervention. Celebrate patient victories within a supportive home-based environment. Current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR training required; Master's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
