Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating patient victories. Requires current licensure or certification by state regulations, successful completion of CCC, and CPR certification. Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's with field experience. Home-based role with flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
