Job Summary
Conduct personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs by evaluating, assessing, and administering therapy. Identify issues and modify treatment approaches as necessary while tracking and documenting patient performance and progress. This role is home-based and requires current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
