Job Summary
Speech Pathologist (SLP) – Home Based at Encompass Health. Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with communication rehabilitation needs; tracks progress and documents patient performance; supports ongoing therapy interventions and modifies treatment as needed. Requires state licensure, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days). Master's degree is preferred (or Bachelor's with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
