Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary, while tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. This home-based role supports individuals overcoming communication challenges within Encompass Health's national inpatient rehabilitation network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.", "Successful completion of Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).", "CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
