Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating patient victories. Maintain current licensure or certification required by state regulations and complete SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. This home-based role offers flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time employees at Encompass Health, a nation's largest rehabilitation company recognized as one of the "World's Most Admired Companies."
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
