Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating patient victories. This home-based role requires current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR certification, with a Master's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
