Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation, assessment, and administration of personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, tracking patient progress, documenting performance, and collaborating with a care team. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC credential, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor's with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
