Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Role requires licensure/certification per state regulations, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Location is Philadelphia, PA; position appears to involve in-person patient care in a home-based/clinical rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
