Job Summary
Deliver speech-language pathology services in a home-based setting to help patients overcome speech and language challenges. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient progress; maintain licensure and CPR compliance; collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team; leverage advanced therapy tools to support patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
