Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Deliver and tailor speech and language therapy services to patients in a home-based setting. Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient performance and progress; and celebrate patient victories. Must hold current licensure or certification per state regulations, CCC, and CPR (or be obtained within 30 days). Master's degree is preferred (or Bachelor's with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
