Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation, assessment, and development of personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, and tracking and documenting patient progress and response to treatment. The role relies on delivering evidence-based therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate records to support patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
