Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Home Based setting, you will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation plans, identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track patient progress and responses to treatment. You will document performance and celebrate patient milestones while contributing to Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation leadership. This role requires current licensure or state certification, CCC, and CPR (or timely CPR completion), with a preference for a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
