Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to inpatients requiring speech and language rehabilitation. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; and celebrating patient victories while leveraging cutting-edge technology within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation environment. The role requires current licensure or certification per state regulations, CCC, CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire), and a master’s degree (preferred) or a bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
