Job Summary
Provide evaluation, assessment, development, and administration of individualized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities include identifying communication issues, modifying therapy as needed, and documenting patient progress. Requires SLP licensure/CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (preferred) with field experience; Home-Based role offering full-time opportunities with benefits and a focus on compassionate patient care within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation framework.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
