Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients in a home-based setting; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; delivering therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities; ensuring licensure/CCC compliance and CPR as required; collaborating with a national inpatient rehabilitation leader and utilizing advanced technology to support patient care. Qualifications emphasize licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s with field experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
