Job Summary
Provide evaluation, assessment, and development/administration of personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track patient performance and progress through documentation. Role supports a home-based/remote delivery model in the Pittsfield, MA area within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation framework; opportunity to contribute to outcomes-focused, evidence-based care with a diverse patient population. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (within 30 days of hire); Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience; operates within a collaborative team to improve communication abilities and quality of life for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
