Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients, identifies and modifies speech therapy approaches as needed, and tracks patient progress and response to treatment in a home-based care context within Encompass Health's inpatient rehabilitation leadership framework. Requires current licensure or state certification, CCC (SLP-Ca), and CPR within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred (or Bachelor's degree with field experience) to advance professional practice in speech-language rehabilitation across patient populations and settings.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
