Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; works within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation framework and participates in ongoing professional development. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
