Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Based

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories as part of the care journey. Must hold current licensure or certification per state requirements, CCC, CPR in some cases, and typically a Master's degree preferred or a Bachelor's with relevant experience. Work within Encompass Health’s home-based rehabilitation model to support patients in their communities.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.
