Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home-based therapy in a national inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance and response to treatment; delivering compassionate care to patients in a home-based environment. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and prefers a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience). Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, patient documentation, and outcomes measurement is essential. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
