Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; provide therapy and support to patients in a home-based setting as part of Encompass Health’s rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
