Job Summary
Provide Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) services in a home-based setting, evaluating, assessing, and administering personalized treatment plans to patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires current state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and advanced education; Master’s degree is preferred (Bachelor’s with field experience acceptable). Work as part of a national inpatient rehabilitation leader with opportunities for professional growth and delivery of compassionate care to patients in the home setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
