Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the geriatric population while developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a trusted partner to the community. Act as a member of an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes in senior-living and post-acute settings. This Full Time role offers Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement for employees at Symbria's Avon Health Center.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists
- Must hold CCC's
- Hold a valid state license in CT
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Nethealth experience a plus
