Job Summary
Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients with autism, conduct evaluations, and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with ABA clinical leadership while monitoring progress and adjusting treatment goals. Document services, maintain accurate records, and provide caregiver education when appropriate. Requires an active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license, a Master's degree, and experience with pediatric or autism populations. Full-time or part-time scheduling options available with consistent clinic-based caseloads. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work collaboratively within an ABA clinical model
- Must pass background check and credentialing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred
- Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
