Job Summary
Provide home-based speech therapy to patients with communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure goals are met while assisting with mouth, breathing, swallowing exercises, fluency, articulation, and reading. Work within a home health team focused on the patient's plan of care, educating families on safety practices and self-care. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active CA SLP license, and one year of speech therapy experience.
