- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fulfilling Career

Provide home-based speech therapy to patients facing communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties due to illness or injury. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure established goals are met while assisting with exercises for mouth, breathing, swallowing, fluency, articulation, and reading. Work as part of a multidisciplinary home health team to support the patient's plan of care and educate families on safety and self-care practices. Maintain knowledge of state and federal home health regulations. Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP license in CA required, along with CPR certification and minimum one year of speech therapy experience.
