- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fulfilling Career

Provide home-based speech therapy to patients facing communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties due to illness or injury. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure established goals are met while assisting with mouth, breathing, swallowing exercises, fluency, articulation, and reading. Work within a home health team including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to support the patient's plan of care. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety practices, and self-care strategies. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology with an active CA license, minimum one year of speech therapy experience, and CPR certification.
