- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fulfilling Career

Provide home-based speech therapy to patients facing communication, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties due to illness or injury. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and ensure established goals are met while assisting with mouth, breathing, swallowing exercises, fluency, articulation, and reading. Work as part of a home health team including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists to support the patient's plan of care. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, safety practices, and self-care strategies. Maintain 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios with a Master's degree, active CA SLP license, and CPR certification. Operate within 300+ offices nationwide with a family-oriented culture focused on personalized care.
