Conduct in-house speech therapy for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, creating and implementing programs in cognition, dining, dysphagia, aphasia, functional maintenance, and sensory integration. Deliver daily diagnostic imaging coverage and support residents with a wide range of needs. Join the dedicated in-house therapy team at AVIR at Willowcreek, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center within Vital Therapy's network of over 80 facilities. Maintain a TX License and work flexible schedules with regular hours.
