Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation and treatment in a specialty clinic setting, designing individualized therapy programs, documenting prognosis, and conducting adult and geriatric dysphagia evaluations per ASHA guidelines, in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Requires Master’s in SLP and ASHA CCC with at least 2 years of clinical experience; on-site position in Gunnison, CO with a day shift, 30 hours weekly and potential to increase to 40 hours. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an approved program
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience with diverse client populations
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
- CPR or BLS certification
- Ability to conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans per ASHA guidelines
- Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations
- Proficiency in dysphagia evaluations per ASHA standards
- Strong documentation and prognostic prediction skills
