Job Summary
Speech Pathologist (SLP) position at Encompass Health. Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories. Requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days), and either a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. Full-time role located in Miami, FL with inpatient rehabilitation focus and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized leader in rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
