Job Summary
Provide and direct speech therapy services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, documentation, and communication. Deliver occupational therapy services to the same age group. Perform evaluations, assessments, and updates to the IFSP, establish treatment schedules, and deliver services as mandated. Participate in family and caregiver education. Requires a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification or clinical fellowship status, and state licensure. Posted salary range is $52.00 - $56.00 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Located in the Bolingbrook, IL area.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow, or ASHA clinical fellowship (CF status)
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
- Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
- Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
- Treats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect
- Proven track record with high volume workloads
