Job Summary
Provide Speech Therapy services to children in the Early Intervention program, which may include home or center-based settings. Conduct evaluations and progress assessments, deliver services per the IFSP, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals. Complete documentation and progress notes to support child goals.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly titled area
- Must possess or be eligible for ASHA CCC or ASHA CF status
- Must be licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice
- DOH approval is required
