Job Summary
Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments and partner with parents to develop Individual Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. Provide child and family-centered interventions using the parent coaching model, facilitating parent-child interactions and acting as advocates for the child. Schedule, implement, monitor, and evaluate intervention plans while completing progress notes, reports, and assessments via the electronic documentation system. Deliver individual and group services addressing cognition, adaptive behavior, social-emotional development, and motor skills. Requires current Massachusetts licensure, ASHA certification, and strong documentation skills. Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development
- Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners
- Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally humble services
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Abide by all confidentiality and professional boundaries standards
- Good computer skills as well as strong documentation skills
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
