Job Summary
Provide speech-language therapy services to infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) in home and community settings, including childcare and community locations. Conduct assessments and evaluate speech, language, communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) while collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Utilize evidence-based early intervention practices and coaching strategies within a Primary Provider and Transdisciplinary Team Model. Maintain accurate documentation to meet program, regulatory, and billing requirements. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to support family engagement. Deliver services using a family-centered approach to support communication development and social-emotional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Ability to travel between locations
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and early childhood development
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate interventions for the birth-to-three population
- Knowledge of family-centered practices and coaching models
- Familiarity with transdisciplinary and primary provider approaches
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with families and professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity and competence with Colorado's Global Outcomes Process
