Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities to develop individualized therapy plans and goals. Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills while incorporating evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support communication goals, monitor student progress, and adjust plans as needed. Document sessions, progress reports, and relevant information accurately. Participate in IEP meetings to provide input on students' needs. Work remotely with PreK-12 students in a full-time capacity, utilizing teletherapy platforms and assistive technology where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current ASHA certification
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in teletherapy
  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy
