Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, and monitor patient progress to modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, psychologists, families, and community resources to participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case consultations. Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment goals, home exercises, and communication strategies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and payer documentation requirements.
