Job Summary
Provide skilled Speech-Language Pathology services to residents, including evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans addressing communication and swallowing disorders. Perform speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals; document evaluations, treatments, and progress; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and discharge recommendations; educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
- Current, unencumbered ST or SLP license in the state of Tennessee
