Job Summary
Direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral. Essential functions include overseeing and evaluating CFYs (SLP CCCs or CFYs), following treatment plans under supervising SLP CCC, charting appropriately and timely, proficient use of therapy software, delivering excellent customer service, collaborating on an interdisciplinary team, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and complying with Life Care policies and code of conduct. Must have MS or MA in Speech Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and an active state license; 1 year experience preferred, new grads welcome. CPR certification required to remain current.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP)
- ASHA certified (CCCs) OR eligible for 9 month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
