Job Summary
Speech Pathologist role delivering evaluation, assessment, development, and administration of personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in inpatient settings. Responsibilities include identifying issues, modifying therapy as needed, documenting patient performance and progress, and contributing to patient victories. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, CPR (within 30 days of hire), and typically a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience
