Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Requires state licensure or certification and CCC-SLP; CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience. PRN role within Encompass Health’s national inpatient rehabilitation context.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
