Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and assessments, develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) with families, and implement evidence-based strategies within natural learning environments. Monitor child development outcomes as a team member while providing coaching and support to enhance family capabilities. Comply with Federal and State regulations, including Connecticut Birth to Three Program standards, and participate in required trainings and service coordination modules. Full-time role in East Haven, New Haven, or West Haven with a sign-on bonus. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license in the state of CT
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
- One year of experience working with children in early intervention
- Demonstrates a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices
