Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress using EMR systems and collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care. Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress within a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility environment in Etowah, TN. This full-time, direct hire position requires a CCC-SLP licensed in Tennessee and offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $40. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current TN SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP
- Strong interpersonal skills
