Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress using EMR systems and collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care. Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress within a supportive Senior Living Community setting in Lakewood, CO. This full-time Monday–Friday position requires a CCC-SLP license and an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program background. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current CO SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP
