Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) – Home Health

Job Summary
Provide coordinated care to clients of all ages in home health as an SLP/CCC. Plans, implements, and evaluates client care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being. Delivers therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of speech, language, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disorders; documents Plan of Care and progress, communicates with patients/families and other health professionals; participates in case conferences; ensures compliance with third-party payers and licensing/continuing education requirements. Requires in-home visits in New Braunfels, TX, with a PRN schedule; must have Master’s or Doctorate in SLP, active state licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Travel locally and maintain professional licensure across applicable states.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years experience as an SLP in a clinical care setting
- Master’s degree or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
- Current State professional license that is in good standing to practice as an SLP in any/all applicable states
- Current CPR certificate
- Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule
- Prolonged standing/walking is required
