Job Summary
Casual Speech Language Pathologist providing evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy across multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, home health, and hospice) with a full caseload. Responsibilities include assessments, individualized treatment planning, implementing evidence-based interventions, patient and caregiver education, discharge planning, and administrative duties such as documentation, scheduling, and billing. Works within a multidisciplinary team, may serve as a clinical instructor, and participates in professional development and credentialing activities. Role supports flexible regional clinic coverage across Moose Lake and Sandstone, MN, with potential remote/hybrid rotation and driving to patient locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program
- Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in MN
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Minnesota)
- Ability to provide therapy across multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, home health, hospice)
- Ability to develop and implement therapy plans and documentation
- Experience with ASHA standards and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
